Retired teachers offer free teaching in Govt Schools: Neenv Extra Class


neenv extra classDungarpur: Neenv Extra Class initiative is picking Swifly in Dungarpur area of Rajasthan. Educated youth and Citizens from all walks of life have started taking active part by teaching in nearby schools hence becoming a part of Neenv Campaign. Though half yearly exams have already approached but students seemnot ready to face it because most of the sallybi is still incomplete. Such example could be seen in Hindora School which has only 2 teachers over the strength of 457 students. Students complain that they have attended not more than 2-3 lessons in each subjects.

After Patrika highlighted the staff crunch faced by this school, Village Sarpanch, retired teachers and many others came forward to help them out. Govind Singh Shekhawat, retired lecturer with MA B.ed aseducation qualification is now voluntarily teaching Political Science to students of 9-12th . Taking a cue from him many others have also started volunteering their services to this school.
