Hoshangabad: After Rajasthan now NEENV Campaign initiated by Patrika Media Action Group is making a strong ground in Madhya Pradesh. Taking a cue from Extra Classes being conducted in Rajasthan’s Govt Schools. Madhya Pradesh has also adapted this initiative, in which officers, Doctors, IAS, IPS, Social workers etc contribute their knowledge to students by teaching them.
People from diverse groups started volunteering to teach Govt School students. Reena Malviya, a dietitian by profession visited a nearby Govt school and shared some tips for nutritious food and diet. She briefed children how to stay healthy and fit.
Gajendra Gupta , a lecturer by profession visited Nagar Palika School in which he taught students of class 10th. He taught students Law and General Knowledge subjects. Students loved to interact with him and asked distinct questions.
Neetu Pawar, doctorate and researcher in Social Work taught 5th class students, whereas CEO GS Rajput also taught the students of class 5th. NEENV Extra class initiative has been able to make people of diverse social groups sensitize towards the conditions of Govt Schools. The visit of such people not only motivates the students but also inspire them.
