From last 34 years a Govt school premises in MP awaits infrastructure: NEENV

Chandchoda: It has been more than 34 years and the Govt School situated in Ashok Nagar still awaits a properly constructed classrooms. At present this school not only lacks classrooms but also fails to cater any good facilities to the students. For the school Principal it becomes a herculean job to accommodate all the classes in small space hence this school runs in two shifts.

Despite of numerous complaints registered by Parents, school authorities, Principal no action has been taken so far. Principal has also sent repeated notices to the concerned MLA but nothing concrete has been done so far. School Principal Mamta Shree said, “I have sent request and application to concerned MLA Mamta Meena but not action has been taken so far, as a result school is facing staff crunch as well as lack of concrete infrastructure.”

Looking at the inconvenience faced by the students and teachers of this school MLA Mamta Meena said, “In the current Academic year we will try our best to improvise the condition of this school so that more students get enrolled and seek hassle free education.” NEENV campaign of Rajasthan Patrika also aims to improve the condition of Govt schools by improvising infrastructure, faculty members , playgrounds, toilet facility etc.
