Educational sites fail on the parameters of ‘Digital Accessibility’ for PWDs: AHSAAS

Jaipur: None of state based educational site is disabled friendly ! It came into the light after a digital accessibility audit was carried by Visually impaired and IT guy Prateek Agarwal. For example education sites like Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan,  and are not accessible by all.

According to Sandeep trivedi, Digital Expert, accessible sites if in Hindi should be in  Unicode Mangal font as it is friendly as compare to other versions. Also one should try not to upload scanned documents/ photos as it is difficult to read, PDF are preferred. The ideal websites that are disabled friendly are of digital India and accessible India.
